Produsele noastre sunt realizate manual, în serii mici.
Acceptăm retur sau înlocuire doar în cazul în care produsul ajunge deteriorat sau nu corespunde descrierii.
Vă rugăm să ne contactați în maximum 48 de ore de la livrare, la adresa de email andreea.pop.ela@gmail.co, atașând fotografii clare ale problemei.
Produsele care au fost purtate, utilizate sau deteriorate după livrare nu pot fi returnate.
Având în vedere natura produselor realizate manual sau personalizate, nu acceptăm retururi din motive ce țin de preferințe personale (culoare, design, percepția dimensiunii).

Our products are handmade and produced in small batches.
We accept returns or replacements only if the item arrives damaged or does not match the product description.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at andreea.pop.ela@gmail.com, providing clear photos of the issue.
Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
Due to the nature of handmade and personalized products, returns based on personal preference (such as color, design, or size perception) are not accepted.
European Union Notice
In accordance with EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to handmade or personalized items, unless the product is defective or not as described.
Refunds
If a return or refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
